Our products are shipped from warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom,
and Hong Kong. The warehouse depends on stock availability for the model you ordered —
it is possible your order ships from a different country than expected. Shopify automates
this process to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Due to high demand, please allow an additional 1-4 business days for processing.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders arrive in 8-15 business days depending on your location
(excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen carrier delays).
Processing time: 1-3 business days (up to 7 business days during peak periods).
Delivery times are approximate and depend on your country, local post office,
and customs practices.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import charges upon arrival.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Rescue Paws.
Goods are imported on behalf of the buyer, who authorizes Rescue Paws to arrange importation.
TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
If tracking shows no updates for 2-5 business days, this is normal —
some carriers take time to scan packages into their system.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages undelivered due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Please verify your address carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase by emailing contact@therescuepaws.com
with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line.
