At Rescue Paws, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-Day Love-It Guarantee:
if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will make it right.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of purchase.
Once processed, orders can no longer be modified or cancelled.

RETURNS

We accept returns of unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To initiate a return: email contact@therescuepaws.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Custom, personalized, bulk orders, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be refunded to your original payment method
within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval,
contact us at contact@therescuepaws.com.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo.
We will send a replacement at no cost.
