We bought a bag of food from a nearby shop. Poured some into a plastic lid. And watched him eat like he hadn’t seen food in days.
He probably hadn’t.
That moment broke something in us. Not in a sad way. In the way that makes you unable to look away anymore.
We started noticing them everywhere. Behind restaurants. Under bridges. Along highways. Dogs that used to be someone’s pet, now surviving on scraps and luck.
The idea was simple: bring together thousands of people who, like us, want to help these invisible dogs.

That’s how Rescue Paws started.
There are over 900 million dogs on this planet. 75% of them are strays.
That’s roughly 675 million dogs living on the streets right now, searching for their next meal.
Most of them have never been owned by anyone. They were born on the street, and they’ll die on the street. When a human approaches, more than half of them run away out of fear.
These aren’t statistics. These are living, breathing animals who feel pain, hunger, and loneliness the same way your dog does.
We didn’t start a charity. We started a company.
Charities do incredible work. But sometimes, they don’t have time to build online communities, design products, or figure out how to reach people like you on a Tuesday evening while you’re scrolling your phone.
